Holy Greetings and Welcome to the 16^th Quadrennial Convention!

I greet you with great zeal and humility in the timeless name of our precious Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, who knows tomorrow and holds the future. With a great, unyielding spirit of enthusiasm, I seek your support, prayers, and votes for my candidacy as I vie for the office of Connectional 2^nd Vice- President of the Young People and Children’s Division.

I am Neal “THE REAL DEAL” Arp II of the Eighth Episcopal District and a junior at Morehouse College. With your support, I envision that together we can effectively implement programs and activities that are spiritually and culturally enriching and that will allow our youth to shine now and always!

This quadrennial marks a historic time; thousands have traveled from near and far to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania the "Cradle of African Methodism". We are joined internationally, spiritually, and collectively to promote the fundamentals that Bishop Richard and Sarah Allen embodied. I look forward to meeting and greeting all of you.
